Happy Friday champs!  Today's workout was a sweaty one.  4 sets of strength followed by an 18 min AMRAP.     Check it out!


Goblet Squats 4 x 8   Rest/active recovery in between sets


Followed by 18 min AMRAP

Pullups- Max of 8

Straddle hops x 10

Sliding Ham Curls x10

Close grip pushups x 10

Walking Lunges x 10
