Strength & Sweat WOD


It was a beautiful morning so we took our Metabolic Finisher outside! Here is Wednesday's WOD:

Three rounds of:

Suitcase Squats x 6 per side

Crossbody Mountain Climbers

Four rounds of:

DB Walking Lunges x 10 per side

Side shuffles 20 feet x 3 each way

3 sets of max rep Pullups

40 Pushups in as few sets as possible.

Metabolic Finisher- 4 rounds of

Ladder lateral two feet in shuffle

Hurdle lateral run

Long Jumps x8
