From client Holly Williams, long time distance runner.

Amber: I reached a personal milestone this weekend, one that I never thought I could do!  At Disney this weekend, I put in about 39 miles in two days..

Sat I felt great, no soreness at all. Sun, by mile 24, my left glut hurt and I was beat but, basically OK.  After ice bath a tad sore with hammies, lateral sides of leg, behind left knee and quads were slightly tender.  Overall, GREAT - no probs walking or with low back.  By Monday eve I was almost fully recovered

THANK YOU - I am 100% that not doing the suggested weekly mileage once I had built up to 12 miles made a difference but the MAIN factor wasa the strength training.  I never thought I could get up this high again with miles and remain healthy.  Again, my sincere gratitude!!!

I have trained with Amber Ramga weekly since August, 2006.  A diagnosis of osteopenia put my 45 year hiatus from exercise to an abrupt halt.  I am a small person genetically but my heart and bones need exercise regardless of my size.  I decided to try and make it a priority and Amber has made it easy to continue.

Amber’s ability to come in each week with a different workout routine coupled with her enthusiasm makes me want to work hard for her.  She is always challenging my muscles in a different way and she never allows boredom to set in.

Amber has an in-depth knowledge of the human anatomy and is certified in personal training, which brings me a great deal of trust and comfort.  She has helped me in rehabilitation when small issues arrive from daily living, which is also a tremendous help.

I truly believe I am still seeing Amber after all these years because she always comes in with a smile and ready to work, she keeps the workouts fresh, she is knowledgeable, and her motivational style is right on.

Kristi and I discussed my goals and set forth a means to achieve them.  I requested that we push to the limits and that I was not hesitant about anything.  We go through various workout routines, using weights, machines, cardio and Pilates.  And now with the weather improving, we are increasing the outdoor work.

Kristi is a tough trainer and she knows her clients and their abilities.  She encourages them when they can't seem to get the last one or two reps completed, but she is also considerate of them.

It seems that when we start our session, it is time to end.  The time goes by that quickly, but, most importantly, we have accomplished our goals for the session.

I can't say enough to express my high regards for these ladies, Amber and Kristi and their organization, Acceleration Fitness.

Thank You,

Amber has been my trainer, mentor and friend for the past one and a half years. Having suffered lower back pain for sixteen years, through many injections, physical therapies and home exercises, with no real relief, I was referred to Amber.

What a magical place! I learned how to strengthen my core and activate certain muscles  which no longer worked. In March before my 60th birthday, I spoke to Amber of my goal of being the “best I could be” physically by this landmark of a year.

Amber’s caring and knowledgeable approach, guiding, watching, and encouraging me every step of the way resulted in improved health, ten years younger looking in appearance, and a much improved self concept and “relationship” with my husband of 39 years! All this was achieved within 6 months! Having worked with other trainers over the years, I definitely know the difference between Amber’s loving approach and all the others.

Now I control my life, not my pain, Because of Amber, I can live my life to the fullest, with gardening at the top of the list!  Thank you,Amber, you have changed by life.
